Based on feedback from Upper and Middle captains regarding goalie competitiveness and to allow for more goalies to have a chance to get involved in Over 35, it has been decided that goalie registration would not be restricted to 12.  All goalies over 35 can register and will have their payment deferred until they are drafted.  Should a goalie not get drafted, then they would have the option of being on the subgoalie list for Lower Over 35, or being removed from the available list.

If a goalie is drafted by a team they will receive an electronic invoice via SportsEngine to pay the current league fee within 72 hours to be eligible to play.  Should payment not be received within 72 hours, another goalie will be chosen in their place.

Lower Over 35 - Lower A, Middle A, Upper A Players
Middle Over 35 - Elite A, Lower AA, Middle AA Players
Upper Over 35 - Upper AA, Elite AA, Lower AAA, Middle AAA Players

Due to the special draft nature of the Over 35 League there is NO GUARANTEE that you will be drafted at the level you are wishing to play.  There is a possibility that you may be drafted by a level above or below your preferred level.  Any player who does not get drafted at their preferred level, but does get drafted, WILL be required to play at that level unless sufficient reason can be presented to warrant a change.  The final ruling of the change will be made by the league coordinator.  There will be NO REFUNDS issued to players who simply do not want to play at a lower level.  Nor will be refunds issued to players who simply do not like the team they were drafted by.

All refund requests will be determinate on whether a replacement player is available and will be subject to a $25 administration and processing fee which will be deducted from the refund.  Refunds will only be issued once a replacement player has registered.
