Refund Specifics

Per league bylaws, refunds are given for injury, job transfer or at the discretion of the Board of Directors, based on dues paid by a replacement player.  Administrative, insurance fees, new member fees, and banking fees are not refundable. All refunds are subject to a fee to cover insurance and processing costs ranging from $20 to $30.

Open League refunds are not given after the 15th game of the season.  Players on teams whose captain opted to be a Team Fee team are not eligible for a refund from the league.  Team Fee captains are responsible for their own player refunds.

Rec, Over 35, and Beginner League refunds are based the due paid by a replacement player, minus the insurance and processing fee.
